1. Drink This! “Peachy Keen Smoothie”

Ingredients:
* 2 cups peaches (its up to you if you used sweetened or not, I do)
* 1 cup 2% milk
* 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream or 2 cups of vanilla yogurt
* pinch of nutmeg
* 1 cup of orange juice
* 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:
Place all the ingredients in the blender and just blend till smooth.

2. Watch This! Batman: The Dark Knight

Love muffins this movie is filled with plenty of action and just as much buzz. There are plenty saying that the late Heath Ledger gives an Oscar worthy performance. Looking at the trailer for this movie, they might not be wrong. Let’s not forget the absolutely orgasmic Christian Bale that stars as the hero of the night. Maggie Gyllenhaal is a former fling that it seems like he wishes never got away. I’m just waiting to see the close ups with Christian Bale and those piercing eyes that just melt me. Take me higher lord!

We all know about haters and this song is speaking the truth that we should just be glad for each other’s success and make sure to show gratitude to those that have always been there for you. 1. Drink This! “Strawberry With Mango Sorbet”

Ingredients:
Frozen Strawberries: 1 cup
Frozen Mangoes: 1.5 cups
Orange Juice: 1.5-2 cups
Sugar: 2 tbsp

Directions:
1. Place frozen strawberries, frozen mangoes, orange juice and sugar in a blender or food processor and process for 1-2 minute, until smooth. Add more orange juice if needed.

2. Pour the sorbet into chilled glasses and serve (if you need something strong, you can always add a little drinky-drink).

2. Watch This! Hellboy II: The Golden Army

Love muffins there aren’t many movies releasing this weekend, but this one might be worth that trip. Even though the hero is this movie is a big red guy with chopped off horns, his open shirt and abs are splendiferous! With all the action that seems to be going on, you might not notice any of his flaws.

3. Wear This! “Slingback Wedges”

Can’t wait to see the video to see them turn into the true definition of a boy band.

1. Drink This! “Boston Pops Martini”

Ingredients:
lime wedge
package cherry Pop Rocks
2 1/2 oz. cranberry vodka
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

Directions:

1. Start with a chilled cocktail glass and rub the rim with a lime wedge. (or dip rim in lime juice such as Rose’s).
2. Open a pack of cherry flavored Pop Rocks candy and spread on a small plate or napkin. Press rim of the glass into the candy to coat rim.
3. In a shaker filled with ice, add cranberry vodka, shake and strain into prepared glass.
4. Slowly and carefully pour blue curacao in the middle of the glass, allowing it to settle in the glass. You should have two distinct layers
5. Add a small splash of lemon/lime soda.

The orgasmic Will Smith has proven time and time again to be a big money maker for the Fourth of July week and I don’t believe this movie will disappoint. Although the movie premiered in theaters on July 2nd, it would still be a great movie to check out before you go to your barbecue to gush about how spectacular he looks.

3. Wear This! “Sunglasses”

Protect your peepers this weekend while you are out being as splendiferous as you can be. Go ahead and get your Jackie O on with some oversized shades or you can fall in with the 80’s baby trend of the square sunglasses. What ever it may be make sure that you are not letting those UV rays in. 4. Hear This! “Lloyd and Nelly - Lose Control”

Lloyd has that soft and sultry voice that could make you almost melt like butter. Nelly is one of the hottest rappers out right now, and when you put the two together, it’s magic. The song has really grown on me - it has a nice groove, although it seems Lloyd is trying to sound like Michael Jackson. With Nelly on the track it kind of evens it out, like sweet and sour. Together it’s just the right blend.

5. Do This! “Go To A Barbecue”

This weekend is the Fourth of July weekend and we all know what that means. That’s right love muffins, go find yourself a good barbecue. Go get knee and elbow deep in some coleslaw, potato salad, ribs, burgers…let me stop, I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. Even if you don’t go to a barbecue this weekend, please love muffins remember to stay safe.

* lime wedge for garnish if desired

Directions:

1. Build the ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
2. Garnish with the lime wedge.

Angelina Jolie is looking super duper sexy in her new movie Wanted which is a movie about a man who is less than orgasmic meets a woman and is pulled into a secret society of assassins. Angelina is showing off all of her tattoos and she couldn’t be more splendiferous.

It’s Summer and we all want that sun-kissed look without enduring the damaging effects of the sun.
