Movie Review: Death Race & Pineapple Express

Death Race co-starred the sexy Jason Statham and Tyrese making this action pack movie much better because we get to see chesticales! Take me higher lord! Plenty of action to go around - there has to be if Jason is in the movie. To summarize the movie, Jason’s character was framed for murdering his wife (which of course you already know that is not the case). But once he enters prison he is given a choice to either die in prison or race the big ‘Death Race’ and go home free. If that was the case, then the movie would only be 20 mins long. Nelly Stands His Ground!

Nelly put his foot down when he had to defend his video for “Tip Drill” towards a female radio host. I can see why many think this video is offensive, but you can’t always blame the rappers. The women in the videos are the ones shaking it and grinding on the poles with booty cheeks flapping. He did make some valid points about the media always focusing on the negative and never the positive things that he is apart of. ‘Tropic Thunder’ Topped The Box Office!

Not only did the The Dark Knight move down two spots at the box office, Tropic Thunder still came in at #1 selling over $16 million dollars work of tickets. The House Bunny and Death Race didn’t do too bad either by coming in at 2nd and 3rd place. But over all, the box office did decline in ticket sales.
