Even though Usher is touring right now and his second child is due in December, he is about to hit us with another album in 2009. Usher is excited, because “Ne-Yo is actually potentially gonna be a part of this project. On the last one we didn’t work together until the very end — hopefully we are gonna try and get together early.” Of course you know Ne-Yo loves the idea.
