K-Fed Gets Sole Custody!

Britney Spears has agreed to give full custody to her ex-husband Kevin Federline while she will be just fine with visitation rights.

According to the agreement signed by all parties, Federline gets sole legal and physical custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James and Spears will have visitation rights. “The case has been settled,” Kaplan said. “The court still has to approve it. ” Both parties are due in court Friday morning. “As of this evening there is a fully executed deal memo…All the issues that would have been addressed at trial have been settled,” Kaplan told E! News. “Can’t speak to the exact terms of the deal. Orders in place…will stay in place.”

It’s good to hear that both Britney and Kevin were able to come to a settlement on everything. I think it is a good decision. Britney needs to continue to take care of herself until she is fully capable of taking care of two small children. Thoughts?

Brit Brit Working Hard On Album!

Not only did Britney Spears film a recent video cameo for Madonna’s upcoming tour, but she is steadily spending the Summer working on her upcoming album.

No Emmy For Britney Spears!

Well love muffins, it looks like Britney Spears will not be receiving an Emmy nomination for her guest staring role on the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. Britney was one of forty-one woman to be considered for the award, but she didn’t crack the top 11! So unfortunate, I really thought Britney did a spectacular job playing the quirky receptionist, Abby. Did Britney get snubbed or was her performance not stellar enough to be considered? Thoughts?

Update: People confirms that Britney Spears was granted overnight visitation.

[Britney] went into court today to ask for once-weekly overnight visits with the boys, and it’s believed she may have gotten her wish granted.

I am glad to hear that things are looking up for Britney. I am behind you 100% Britney! Words weren’t exchanged between Kevin Federline and Britney Spears, but at least everything was civil and “businesslike” according to a court spokesperson. Thoughts?
