Before Rihanna attended rehearsal for Fashion Rocks Thursday night, that evening she and Chris Brown were spotted outside of their hotel in New York City. Ne-Yo was also chilling with them outside of the hotel. I wonder if Ne-Yo and Chris Brown are going to do a duet together, or maybe he was kicking it with his “little sister”. Thoughts?
