Blake Lively took a stroll in New York City on Friday with her adorable doggy Penny. At first, I thought it was a teddy bear because of the way that it was dangling, but then I looked closer and realized it was a dog. Surprisingly, her boyfriend Penn Badgley was no where to be found.
