* 1/2 cup onion–chopped

* 1 can of Ro*tel
* Ritz Crackers, crushed

Directions:

Combine macaroni, butter and cheese in a large rectangular baking dish or a 13×9″ pan. In a bowl mix soup, milk, onion, mayo, and Ro*tel. Pour over macaroni mixture. Cover with crushed crackers. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes.

Tip:
*When cooking your macaroni, try spraying cooking spray (butter flavored is a favorite) to the water
before putting in the macaroni to keep them from sticking at such high heat.

*Make sure to follow cooking instructions on macaroni box to insure best outcome

*If you’re not sure what al dente is, the noodles should look a little white on both ends while you are boiling it. Dip one out and taste it and if it chews well then you have al dente. You know what’s good and what you like, so have fun with it.
