Beyonce Cheers On Jay-Z!

Update: More video footage of Jay-Z’s set added. I loved how Beyonce was jumping up and down in those heels.

Beyonce looked divine in her shades and skinny blue jeans as she watched in the crowd as her husband Jay-Z performed in Glastonbury Saturday night to a cheering crowd. Fans of Jay-Z were outraged when Noel Gallager, guitarist for Oasis, tried to protest that he should not be apart of their annual Glastonbury rock music festival.

In April, Gallagher slammed the booking of Jay-Z to headline to festival as “wrong”, declaring: “I’m not having hip-hop at Glastonbury. It’s wrong.” [Yahoo News]

I am glad his protest was ignored and the show went on. Jay-Z did his version of Oasis’ “Wonderwall” which is so hilarious, because you know he did it to mess with Noel. View the video after the jump -

omghs, u shudda seen bey, she was getting willlld, lmao, girl was showing the love for her hubby, i cudn’t believe it was her gettin down wen i was watching, but jay did his thing real nicely, i would personally never go glastonbury (i live in london), ewww, all that mud and all those drunk people who don’t shower for days, eeeek, but jay dominated it this year, first hip hop act ever, he did his thing!!

I love me some Jay-Z!!!! He is so freakin awesome it is ridiculous. I loved his version of the Oasis song! And I like that the crowd was so into it and was singing along! It was like, TAKE THAT NOEL! I’ve got YOUR fans rocking out to MY version of YOUR song! I wish they had showed Bey in the audience.

I saw Jay Z performance online and I must say he ripped it, his performance was off the chain. And Beyonce was his cheerleader on the sideline cheering for her man you go girl!!!!! I love the two of them together and I can’t wait for Beyonce’s album to drop you know it’s gonna be off the chain.

I LOVE how Jayonce rep each other! She’s looking like “THAT’S HOW YOU DO IT BABY! NOEL GALLAWHO?” LOL! That’s too cute. And who knew Bey had a lil’ rocker in her?

Jay killed the show, but I wish I was there to see it first hand and not on Youtube. It’s a beautiful thing to see a successful black man continue to break down barriers and tear down walls that keep us as a people boxed in. Keep doing what you do, Jay! Next year, they’ll let Kanye headline and he’ll sing “They tried to make you go to rehab? Well, bitch you need to go go go!” as his opener–that is if Amy Crackhouse is still alive this time next year(and I’m being serious, not funny).
