Jennifer Lopez Lawsuit!

Jennifer Lopez is being sued by a flight attendant who claims that her German Shepherd bit her on the leg during a flight in 2006! The flight attendant is suing for a whopping $5 million! The woman alleges that when the dog attacked, she attempted to run away from the dog and fell, injuring her back. The flight attendant argues in her lawsuit that J.Lo is “absolutely liable for all injuries” because she “should have known the dog had vicious propensities”! Love muffins, do you think that $5 million is a fair amount to sue for?

I think that this is crazy. If Joe Schmo’s dog bit her she’d sue for $1,000. $5 Million is outrageous and its only because J. Lo has that much to give… this lady is not gonna win this lawsuit! Its crazy

You know that woman probably called a lawyer as soon as she stepped off the plane. Those lawsuits can take a long time. Look at how long it took R. Kelly’s case to finally get started.

Five million is a huge number, so this lady is probably trying to claim she’s no longer able to work and has been traumatized, has nightmares, etc. There’s no question of liability; it was Jenn’s dog so she’s responsible, so this will probably just be settled. I’m guessing they’d knock a zero off and give just her $500,000.

the amount is freakin ridiculous. just like the first comment, if it had been any non-famous person she’d prob sue for something way smaller but since it’s someone famous then she’s going for this huge amount. i don’t know. so many people are trying sue these days…. it’s ridiculous

This is crazy! the only reason she is suing for that much is, it’s J Lo’s dog. Other than that she wouldn’t think of it. I know if it was my dog, she coudn’t even get that much from out of me even if she tried lol.

First of all, she should’ve sued in 2006, not 2008. Second, how in the hell does a dog bite equal 5 mill? Just because Jenny’s got the money to spare, doesn’t mean your greedy ass deserves it! Bitch, get your medical bills paid and sat yo ass down some damn where!

Hahah, the woman is a greedy b*tch. 5million for a dog bite? I bet everyone will want to get bitten by a dog now. She needs to sit her ass down. $500,000? That’s way too much. Pay for the medical bills, and a reasonable amount for compensation, 40 to 50 thousand. Heck, if they can cut it down to 10grand, that won’t be bad. The funny thing is after everything is over, her stupid ass won’t get any money because all the money went to paying her lawyers.lmao.
