This is not a joke. “Booty Sweat” was actually a fictional drink featured in the upcoming Ben Stiller movie Tropic Thunder, but now it is being turned into an actual product. Michael Corcoran, president of consumer products at Paramount Pictures has high expectations for the new drink.

“Not to my knowledge has this ever been done before. We’re very excited, because it has the potential to live for quite a while, well beyond the film.”

It may taste good, I doubt it really tastes like perspiration from the derriere, but I can’t get past that name. I’ll have a shut yo’ mouth potion instead.

One Idol Dropped, Another One Signed!

Love muffins, I told you last week that American Idol Season 6 2nd place finalist Blake Lewis was dropped from Arista Records. Well he gets dropped, and Kristy Lee Cook gets signed! If you don’t remember Kristy, she was the country singer on this past season 7 show. I remember during Mariah Carey week, Mariah told Kristy she gave her chills when she sang. Now you know the girl is good! Kristy has been signed by Arista Nashville, and her debut album will be released this fall. As you see, you can go far with American Idol, you don’t always need to come in 1st or 2nd place to be recognized. Let’s hope Kristy has success with her new found deal and career. We know they are quick to drop ‘em like it’s hot if they don’t go platinum.
