R. Kelly Trial More Twisted Than A Pretzel!

Love muffins get into this because it is the biggest case of monkey doodle foolishness I have seen in a long time. For every witness that the prosecution brings up the defense is right there with another one telling them they are liars. I don’t know who Mr. Kelly has as his lawyers but they are earning every red cent of their check. They even had testimony from the girl’s high school basketball coach that identified her because of a distinctive necklace. I’m sure the defense has an answer for that witness also, we’ll just have to continue to see what unfolds. Knowing that there is an answer from the defense with every witness the prosecution brings out, do you think he’s guilty?

I saw it , and if it’s the not the girl in question, it’s definitely a minor. He needs to go down! Plus, he has a history of it, so I’m pretty sure she wasn’t the only one.

his defense team has had 6 years to prepare for this. I think that he is guilty because how many times did they have to push the trial back? They had to build a bomb defense so that when they did they can deny deny deny. I bet that witness list is a AMAZING.

Well B, I’ve seen the tape over a dozen times because I refused to believe that was R. Kelly but…damn if it ain’t him, lookin’ right into the damn camera trying to adjust the frame like a dumb ass. Guilty as charged, but still he just may get off.

I hate seeing black men getting caught up in the system but if you did the crime ya got to do the time…. Even if you look as good as R. Kelly! lol!

i heard the basketball coach indentified her because of her alleged “big ass forehead”. that’s just what i heard. lol.

I think it is a good chance that he is guilty. However, I don’t see him getting any jail time. LOL @ alauryn04!!!

Ok, so here’s my opinion. I think he did it, even though I never saw the video, I know enough people who did and they say it’s him. But that’s the problem I have with this trial. If the victim is saying it’s not her, then how are you going to lock someone up on hearsay? I don’t care how many cousins and uncles testify at the end of the day, no one should be put in jail because cousin Pookie says she recognizes her “blood” on the tape. That’s not good enough. Even though they have the tape without the victim stepping up they have no case. If this had been anyone other than R. Kelly this case would not have gone to trial. I’m all for paying for your crimes, and I do believe he’s a pedofile. But you have to PROVE someone is guilty before you can put them in jail and the prosecutors have no proof. The really bad part about this, is if he’s found not guilty and eventually the girl decides to change her mind and come forward. They won’t be able to touch him. I say, come right or don’t come at all. They should’ve waited.

Food for thought…For those of you who have said that you have seen the tape….ummmm…it is CHILD PORNOGRAPHY! It is illegal to even view it- you may want to stop saying that you have watched it. I’m just sayin’…

I just still can’t believe he got himself into this mess…….I’m not saying at all that what he did is right.
but how stupid is he to film what he did …
personally I think he should be sent down
he did the crime
so he should do the time
odbviolusly he wont be sent down though simply for the fact that he’s R Kelly

I’m so tired of R. Kelly and his case, I mean he did it and he and everyone else knows he done it! I mean don’t get me wrong, he is an excellent artist but he is not the smartest cat because he has been given so many chances and still dirt is popping up. All I can say is WOW; they’re going to stick it to him. He could have any women he wants but he chooses to mess with minors so he caused this on himself!

r. kelly is a triflin ass man. he sux. his music sux. i’m tired of him always wantin somebody to braid his fuckin hair. lol. we’ve all known it was him for years. it was him back then and it’s him now. he’s nasty. he knows he’s gonna get raped in jail. i don’t wish rape on anyone but i mean damn. he at least needs his as whooped. i’m just sayin. i don’t understand why it’s like 5-6 years later and it’s still a big debate about whether or not it’s him! HE LOOKED DEAD IN THE CAMARA!! LOL! we all been knowing EXACTLY what r. kelly look like since he was in public anouncement and that was an ex public announcement member in that video with the girl with the mullet. LOL! okay, this case SO isn’t funny because what he did was wrong but that girl did have the “black woman” mullet. hell i had one. lol! and had the nerve to try an call it the mushroom. HAHAHAHAHA! how i’ma try and make my OWN name for it?! i just didn’t want to admit i had a mullet when i was 16. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

I still can’t get over the number of people that say since the girl denied it, then it wasn’t R. Kelly. His dumb ass was caught with his hand in the cookie jar (literally, ha!) on tape…clear as day, in a house that looks exactly like his with a girl that looks exactly like his so-called “god daughter” who was a minor at the time. I don’t understand what more proof is needed. The only reasonable doubt R’s defense is trying to pull is saying these witnesses have bad memories and that the tape was doctored. Weak. This fool is guilty.
