R.Kelly Trial Begins Today!

Love muffins today they will begin opening arguments in the R. Kelly sex tape trial. It looks like if he is convicted then he could face up to 15 years in prison. Jesus take the wheel and run me off the road! I really don’t know what to make of this trial. First they were supposed to have testimony from the girl but she is not going to testify.

Prosecutors will run into defense challenges at every turn. Kelly, 41, denies he’s the man on the tape. The 23-year-old woman prosecutors say was a minor at the time of the taping denies she’s the girl on the tape. Defense attorneys may also contend the girl, whoever she was, wasn’t a minor at all.

It’s just so many twist and turns to this trial, it’s almost like another one of his trapped in the closet sagas. I’m just speechless on this whole matter, all we can do is sit back and watch as the story unfolds. Do you think he’s guilty? Will he be convicted?

   I don’t know about this one. The prosecution has no “victim” and R. Kelly is saying it’s not him. Exactly how are they going to prove this man is guilty? No one should go to jail because cousin pookie gets on the stand and says that’s R. Kelly on tape. If that’s him on the tape (I never saw the tape, didn’t want to) then he does need his a** whooped for having sex with a teenager and he deserves to be punished. But from a legal standpoint, it seems that this case shouldn’t have ever gone to court.

   In this case, all you can do is try to stay positive through this whole ordeal. It’s like the micheal jackson trial, you want to stay as far from it because being that I’m huge fan, you wouldn’t want to get any twist feelings or thoughts about him and thats how I feel. Not saying he’s wrong or right but like the old saying goes “You reep what you sew”, So all we can do as fans or haters is let go and let God handle..
