Tuesday CD Release: Clay Aiken
May 6, 2008
Its been 5 years since Clay Aiken’s first album “Measure of A Man” debuted. Well the American Idol star is back and this time he teamed up with OneRepublic’s front man Ryan “Alias” Tedder. Aiken fell in love with a song written by Tedder called “On My Way Here.” The message of the lyrics “how the lessons we learn while growing up shape us into who we become as adults” struck such a deep chord with Aiken that it wound up inspiring the theme and title of his new collection.
“On My Way Here” is loaded with very inspirational songs such as “Ashes” & “Grace of God” that will fill you with hope and faith. Listen to the album and it is apparent that Aiken took his time in producing this seamless album. Be sure to pick up your copy in stores today!

5 years….really?
mrsFAB, “Measure of a Man” was his last album of all original songs. His other albums have been Christmas albums and his last pop album was mostly love song covers. This new album is his first album of original songs in five years. I’m liking it.
Run, don’t walk to AOL to listen to this album! It’s by far the best Clay has ever sounded, and production is superb, too.

Just bought my copy of this long-awaited
CD. Without a doubt, this CD is so far the best
of the non-Christmas CDs he’s ever produced.
Congratulations, Clay! Fantastic voice, fantastic songs! I hope it goes #1.
Something about him I just can’t get into. I don’t know what it is.
And that why there are many, many recording artist today. To each, his own. I can and do get into him. I love Clay’s voice, personality and his looks. He’s the total package for me. And I love his new CD “On My Way Here”. I listened to MOAM over the weekend. It has been quite awhile since I last did that. Still love it. His “All is Well” CD is absolutely marvelous. What a voice!
This is the best CD! I really love the whole thing and that rarely happens. Highly reccommend it to everyone!
