Tuesday: CD Release “The Roots”

Last week I brought you The Roots new video. One thing you might not know about The Roots is that “Rising Down” marks their 10th album and they’ve NEVER gone platinum. One thing you might know about The Roots is that they’re real hip hop. Bring those two thoughts together. This is the roots 10th album & they’ve never gone platinum, because The Roots are real hip hop. Be sure to pick up their album in stores today and check out their Myspace page.

   I did not get to watch this video the first time you posted it. IT IS ROCKING! Big ups to you B Scott for posting this. I’m on it. The Roots may have never gone platinum but they prove that that’s not the measure anyway.

   I’m surprised they never went platinum, but that aint stopping me from purchasing their music. This is hot - saw them on Letterman the other night and I saw them live a couple of years ago and they are incredible.

   Chrisette Michelle looks great with the shorter hair btw.
