Miley Cyrus Posed Nude?!

Update: Annie Leibovitz, the photographer, made a statement that she was “sorry that my portrait of Miley has been misinterpreted,”…”Miley and I looked at fashion photographs together, and we discussed the picture in that context before we shot it.” Her father was at the photoshoot and just because he was there, it doesn’t make it right for a child (yes she is still a child) to pose in pictures like that!

The singer, 15, tells PEOPLE: “My goal in my music and my acting is always to make people happy. For Vanity Fair, I was so honored and thrilled to work with Annie [Leibovitz]. I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed.”…Cyrus goes on to say: “The pictures of me on the Internet were silly, inappropriate shots. I appreciate all the support of my fans, and hope they understand that along the way I am going to make mistakes and I am not perfect. I never intended for any of this to happen and I am truly sorry if I have disappointed anyone.

Love muffins, I am either tipsy from way too many shut yo mouth potions or my eyes are playing tricks on me, either way it goes, Miley Cyrus posed almost topless for Vanity Fair! Jesus, take this wheel! Go on take it! She is 15-YEARS-OLD! Artistic my a$$! Ok, let me calm down! Miley took pictures wrapped in a sheet, but in the pictures it suggested that she was nude. These are not the kind of pictures that a 15-year-old should be taking. It reminds me of Brooke Shields when she was 15-years-old in the movieThe Blue Lagoon in which she was apart of several nude scenes. The Disney Channel issued their own statement, “unfortunately, as the article suggests, a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines.” I need to take another sip of my shut yo mouth potion!

Where the hell is Miley’s dad when all this manipulative shit be going on? I thought he was all protective? I think that he needs to go with her to all of these shoots and stuff still. I mean I know that it’s Annie Leibovitz and she always does these unique artistic photos, but at 15 there is no way that that photoshoot should have even gone down. Especially when someone is ALWAYS trying to make Miley look like a little ho, even though I don’t get that from her at all. She needs someone there with her on her business decisions at all times.

So lemme get this straight - its normal for teens to have babies but its not normal for teens to pose for the camera?

When is old enough old enough???

If a teenager gets pregnant, its too late the baby will be born, and nobody can speak against it because it already happened - she’s going to be a mother, like it or not. But when a teen poses for the camera, everyone has a problem with it. They think she’s being too grown.

I don’t get it. And the reason why I don’t get it is because, teens are acting grown already. So whether or not you have a problem with it, all of this is going to happen anyway. There is nothing we can do to stop this.

I think Miss Miley is too young! This is rediculous. She was one of the few examples that young girls have these days. Just goes to show that parents should be parents and take a more proactive role in their childrens’ lives. The parents should set the example so that kids don’t have to look elsewhere. If you can’t do that, then DON”T have kids!!

And its sad that soooo many teens are having out of wedlock kids. When I was a teen, you did not see that like you do now. Besides, My dad sat me and my sis down, and told us, “Don’t being me no bastard kids!.” Excuse HIS French. Well, those words kept us “in check.” Not to mention that our mom “did not play!” It all goes back to parents being parents….

This is interesting b/c in the front question section of “Parade” yesterday, someone asked Billy Ray if he thought that she was growing up too fast, and he said something to the effect of he was proud of how level headed she was with her career.

I guess I’m not surprised and I’m not upset with this particular situation because some adults act the same damn way (posing nude, etc etc). Just like there are teens who aren’t responsible, there are some adults too who are irresponsible as well. So why get upset over something that a 15 year old does or that any teenager does in general?

If more adults set some goddamn examples out there on responsibility, then we wouldn’t be having this problem with teens growing up so damn fast.

Jeez, need I say more? I don’t think I have to.

I am a Vanity Fair reader and I don’t appreciate them putting her in the magazine at all, with or without clothes! Vanity Fair is a magazine for adults, who read. Please leave Miley in Seventeen and CosmoGirl where she belongs!

This is just horrible. I mean, I don’t even see why a magazine would want to even get mixed up with displaying a minor almost naked like that. At 15 years old? Just seems very unprofessional. And where in the world is her daddy when all this foolishness is going on?

I hate to say I saw this coming but in today’s society this is not a surprise. It should be, but it isn’t. Kids just cannot be kids anymore. I know times are changed but they have enough time to bear the burden of the world on their shoulders.

oh please. i’m tired of this girl. every time i see her apologizing over her hooker pictures all i hear in my head is “don’t tell me youre sorry cuz youre not.. baby when i know youre only sorry you got caught”! i bet if she got them millions taken away then she’d straighten up! dumb girl.. she doesn’t realize how man little girls look up to her.. (i have a little sister that PRAISES this bitch!) it’s sad.

1st–Well i know that this is gonna be a sell out
issue. You just know people are gonna be
counting down till her 18th birthday, especially
after this just to see if she’s gonna
pose for playboy

2nd– She is not nude so i don’t see what the
big deal is, seriously.

3rd– I think she is makeing too big of a deal out
of this. If Annie Leibovitz was taking my picture
i’d be like “screw the media, its Annie Leibovitz, hello”

4th– She’s not nude… I felt like that needed
to be typed again…

I dont think some of you realize that she POSED with her father. Practically nude. Like, a really awkwardly sexual shot. So, its not that her parents arent watching what she is doing.

Billy(Billie?…) Ray was helping.
