Ciara 2008 National Hip-Hop Team Vote!

Sunday, Ciara was photographed outside of the Temple University Liacouras Center to attend the 2008 National Hip-Hop Team Vote Launch Sunday in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Love muffins, I am super duper excited that she is in the studio working on her upcoming third studio album scheduled for release this summer. You also might be able to catch Ciara and Ludacris this Thursday, April 24th, while they exclusively shop at the Ralph Lauren store at the Lenox Square Mall in Atlanta.
