BUT, and I’ve been noticing this about young celebs these days, what is UP with all the damn make-up!? What happened to fresh-faced for the spring!? She’s got plastic barbie-doll face.

The outfit is hot, and the cut is fierce, but the make-up is excessive. Nothing wrong with adding color, but fresh-faced! not cake-faced!

Rihanna always killing dem. even on a bad day. i DO NOT think the makeup is excessive and she WAS NOT inappropriately dressed. hell them 14-16 yr old actors on nick be dressing more skanky than how she was dressed *coughsmileycyruscoughs*

I am having mixed feelings about this outfit! I love it but the hair is urking me. I think she should have something long to not make her Neck look like a giraffe. But I think that she should have the short hair to draw attention to her gorgeous features! But the Outfit is GREAT!!
