Pregnant Man Is Expecting Baby In July!

Take me higher lord! An Oregon transgendered man who used to be a woman says he is five-months pregnant! Thomas Beatie, who’s expecting a girl, reveals to The Advocate his story about being becoming pregnant.

Beatie is legally registered as a male and lives with his wife, Nancy. In order to become pregnant he stopped taking his testosterone injections, and the conception was achieved through home insemination.

“Sterilization is not a requirement for sex reassignment, so I decided to have chest reconstruction and testosterone therapy but kept my reproductive rights,” he writes in the article for the gay and lesbian magazine. “How does it feel to be a pregnant man? Incredible,” he adds. “Despite the fact that my belly is growing with a new life inside me, I am stable and confident being the man that I am.” Beatie is expected to give birth in July. In the short article he also speaks about the ostracism he has suffered as a result of his condition. “Health care professionals have refused to call me by a male pronoun or recognize Nancy as my wife. Receptionists have laughed at us. Friends and family have been unsupportive; most of Nancy’s family doesn’t even know I’m transgender.”

Wow - this is wonderful news! Here is a couple willing to do for one another, Nancy couldn’t have a baby, so Thomas is willing to carry their children to term and give birth to them :). God is blessing them with a gift :).

It makes me so angry how people who happen to be LGBT are not able to get equal treatment in hospitals. Notice I said EQUAL. Its baffling. And then they make fun of him. For what? This is what I mean by how evil people can be so cruel. They just don’t know how to accept things and accept people for who they are.

The thing I find the most interesting is that his wife’s fam didn’t know he was transgendered. And what the conversation was like, breaking this news to them. And why hadn’t he told them before. Hmmmm…Just makes me kinda curious.

I think this is ab so lutely exciting…he should be awarded and honored for what he’s done. I hope this story takes flight…it is not disgusting. This is a human being authentically dealing with the cards he was dealt and with no shame…God love him!

he is not areal man, just because he takes hormone pills and chops off his boobs doesnt make her a man. she still had her vagina and ovaries so she is and always be a woman, hence she is not the 1st pregnant man.
