Hate It or Love It? Ellen at Chanel Event

Ellen Pompeo (Grey’s Anatomy) wore this questionable outfit to the Chanel Fine Jewelry event in New York City the other night. I am a bit confused by this ensemble…the gloves, shirt, flapper skirt, hair??? But I’ll let my love muffins decide. Do we hate it or love it?

The gloves and dress match. But the top ruins it. I like the top by itself though.

The hair is nice, but it doesn’t flow with the outfit…

Oh my… Where do we start? The hair? Cute for another outfit. The top looks like something a lady in her 50’s should be wearing. The skirt… It’s just not cute. If it were a short skirt, then we may be getting somewhere. The gloves… looks like they should be worn by a biker chick. It’s just not hitting on anything. I don’t get it. I’m baffled.

That shirt/jacket/i don’t know what the hell that is doesn’t match that odd skirt and the gloves are not even close. It looks like half of her body went through one time machine and the other half went through another and that hair ??? Whats Up Ellen? Get it together and fire that stylist.

the outfit gets like a D….
BUT, she still looks nice…
now next time Ellen sweetie…wear those pieces with different things…and you will be on track…

i dont like the ensemble together but i think all the gloves and skirt separately are individually cute. the skirt is jazzy. as an outfit, the only things that go together are the mildly wrinkled blouse and the flapper hairdo. Who knows, maybe she just left one of the great gatsby’s parties and is wearing the gloves because she killed somebody and dint have time to toss the evidence

It looks horrible..hounestly the only way she could have made it work was with a pencil skirt..the top is nice but the skirt/dress thing is nasty..it looks like something my mum would wear..and she probely wouldent cuz it looks like it accidently went through the shreader at work..and the gloves..WHAT IS GOING ON!..a deff THUMBS DOWN!
