No Visitation For Britney Spears!

Even though I’m getting tired of As The World Turns With Britney Spears, I had to report on the fact that the commissioner ruled today in her custody case that she will not have her visitation rights restored. Another hearing was scheduled for February 19th and she can appear at that time to request her rights to be restored. The commissioner heard testimony in reference to the night of her mental/emotional breakdown from two police officers, two court monitors, K-Fed’s attorney, and bodyguard all of which were present the night in question. Brit-Brit who failed to show up for the morning part of the hearing came (accompanied by her new paparazzo boyfriend, Adnan, and friend, Sam Lutfi) for only 30-minutes of this afternoon’s hearing due to being scared. I mean what else is there to say love muffins, thoughts?

Why in the hell would she bring that man to the hearing!!!??? You know he is sitting back taking notes to one day reveal everything to the world! Britney can’t you even realize that?! I want to see you get through this! And not with the wrong type of “support” by your side!

AS sad as it is, it is best that she stay clear of those babies. She is clearly a detriment to their emotional health.

If having your children taken and your visitation revoke isn’t a wake up call to get your life together, there is a huge problem! She needs psychological help, seriously. It’s sad…

I hate to say this but they’re reminding me of Larry Birkhead, Anna Nicole Smith and Howard Stern… SMH.. :(

I understand that there is some emotional disfunction happening her with this woman, BUT what is up with celebrities either not showing up to court or not showing up on time. I know that if you are not on time at the Bronx Family court, a new date is issued. Is this a Hollywood thing that one can show up when they feel like it, and still see the judge? The court system here is no where near perfect, and oftentimes still gives a lot of shady people too many chances, but for people like her to not even show up on time (and don’t even get me started on the attire for the event), is beyond madness on the part of her and the court.

My rant may come across as a bit superficial, but if you are serious about making things right, you show up to court on time (which means early), you dress appropriately and at least appear to take these proceding seriously by being present in body and mind as opposed to coming across as a sideshow event. I wont say what should happen to her because I’m not perfect, but I am irritated at how this entire thing is playing out like it is not being taken seriously. (Sorry for the long message, but there is but so much empathy that you can have for someone who isnt even appearing to be trying - in my opinion).

This bitch doesn’t want those kids and in my Opinion neither does there father he is clearly after the money or fame or whatever he is getting in the process. Why are we never seeing any pictures with him out and about with the kids if it was really all about them. I say it is 2 things that is fucking up brit brit’s mind 1. the divorce from that a-hole 2. post partem depression i mean she did have them back to back.

I agree on the PPD comment. Whether that is what she is going thru is something that I don’t know, but PPD is real, and having one child after another can totally affect you mentally because sometimes PPD doesnt show up until months after you’ve had your baby. I went thru a little bout of it 6 months after I had my son, and was shocked because I thought I was supposed to be all depressed and crying right after I had him. Regardless of whatever is going on, if a person doesn’t think they have a problem, they wont seek help. If a person doesnt want help - no matter if you lock them up in a mental facility, they wont take in the assistance being offered to them.

I hate to say this because I’m sure at one time she was a great person, but it’s better for the kids if they are away from her. She’s liable to roll them in cig papers and smoke them!
