NeYo Tells R. Kelly To Pay Up!

January 2, 2008

Singer and Songwriter, Neyo is coming after the self-proclaimed King of R&B, R. Kelly after he was kicked off his tour late last year! NeYo sued the promoter of the R. Kelly Double Up tour for firing him after two shows as the opening act, claiming that the audience and the critics liked him better, according to court papers obtained on Wednesday. Compound Touring and Smith are seeking unspecified damages, but the suit maintains he was to be paid $785,000 for 25 shows opening for Kelly’s Double-Up Tour that began Nov. 14 and is still owed $735,000.

NeYo also went on to state that not only was he not paid, but during the two nights he performed R. Kelly took every dressing room in the venues leaving him and other artists to change on their tour buses. WHAT!!! Say it ain’t so Kelly? Love muffins should R. Kelly pay up or should NeYo just build a bridge and get over it?! Someone, PLEASE tell me!

I believe everything neyo is saying and I think R. kelly should just pay what is owed to Neyo. Everyone knows that R. kelly is one hot ass mess of a diva and he continues to prove this over and over again. hello if you dont want someone else possibly taking all the shine, tour by ya damn self. Boy I tell ya its the best of both worlds tour drama all over again.

R.Kelly need to stop acting like a BITCH and PAY my boo Neyo his money! This shit is getting out of hand. First he do the same shit with Jay Z and then turn around and does it again knowing that NEYO is one of if not the best R&B Male artist out right now! He betta stop playing and give that boy his money.

Robert know he need to pay up. He’s been iffy on the concert tip for years and I can fully believe that Ne-Yo put on a better show than him. I’ll bet if you filled up the arena with a bunch of 14 year old girls, R. Kelly will start performing his ass off then.
