Weight loss isn’t easy, and it’s no piece of fat-free cake for the stars, either. Even they rely on some pretty crazy methods to drop unwanted pounds. When she needs to lose weight, Cameron Diaz cuts out all white food (like pasta and bread) because it can have high amounts of sugar, her trainer Teddy Bass told InStyle. Lily Allen attended hypnotherapy sessions at a reported $600 an hour to help curb her eating! That is just crazy! Love Muffins, what are your weight loss tricks for 2008?

I’ve decided to eat better and workout more. I’ll probably do the low carb, high protein thing this Spring to make my body look more defined by the Summer.
I actually need to gain about 15 pounds…sometimes it’s as hard for people to gain weight as it is to loose weight…
I run almost everyday and eat anything I want. You just have to excerise a lot when you eat a lot. Kinda simple!
I’m just gonna go the classic route, eat better and exercise more. I don’t have much weight to lose, I just need to tighten up a little.
weekly African Dance classes, Kickboxing/boxing classes keeps me FIT.
STARVE. FOOD IS A WASTE OF MONEUY AND LIFE IS A LOT MORE PLEASANT WHEN THERE’S LESS OF YOURSELF TO DEAL WITH.
Cameron is just lucky. These people can eat all day and do not put on any weight. It’s all in the genes and metabolism.
