Spencer Pratt Gives $20,000 To Highschool Kids

His do-gooder deeds just do not ring true with me, love muffins. In what is clearly an attempt to clean up his dirt-bag image, Spencer Pratt of The Hills has donated $20,000 to his old highschool, Kings Mountain High School in North Carolina along side his pal 26-year-old Ron Feemster, the guy who’s producing Heidi Montag’s album.

According to North Carolina newspaper, the two handed out cash to lucky students, including $1,000 to the student with the highest GPA. According to The Charlotte Observer Heather Wilson, the school’s family coordinator said “He said it’s important for the kids to be morally aware of what they’re doing.” Pratt spoke of how “God has changed his life and how it’s happened in the past two or three weeks,” Wilson said. Love muffins, how I wish that were true… but after watching The Hills I really can’t believe a word that comes out of that boys mouth.

Wilson also said Pratt was “very inspirational” and “down to earth.” Psshhh.

Brandy Is Cleared!

Brandy will not be facing charges for vehicular manslaughter! The L.A. City Attorney came to the decision to not file any charges. Today was their deadline. The accident happened about one year ago when Brandy’s car hit the car in front of her. The woman in the car, Awatef Aboudihaj, died. TMZ reported earlier that sources claim Awatef hit the car in front of her and that’s how she died. This is AMAZING news. I’m not going to lie when I first heard about Brandy allegedly killing someone my heart went out to her and her family! I’m so happy for her! This is a great day for all Brandy Fans across the country!!!

Paris Comes Back To Reality…Sorta!

The NON-heiress landed back in Los Angeles last night from her holiday vacation in Hawaii. Do you think she tried to figure out what is up with Grandpa Hilton and why he is giving her money away? NOPE! TMZ is reporting that Paris hit up a few clubs instead. I don’t think reality has set in that she is going to be broke really soon. Pray for her ya’ll!

Jessica’s Baby Bump Makes An Appearance

She may still be working out like there’s no tomorrow, but Jessica Alba may have to cut down on the gym time once that bump starts growing and there’s a lot of baby preparation to be done. Jessica was spotted leaving an L.A. gym this week, proudly showing what appears to be a rather cute baby bump.

I swear, with all these celebrity babies popping out next year Hollywood’s gonna be overrun with kids!

Dear Lindsay

I think it’s time to adopt a new look.

It’s not that I don’t like the all-black-ensemble of tights, boots and leather jacket. It certainly makes choosing an outfit every morning a lot less stressful, and I understand that black is slimming, but for the love of God, how many pairs of black tights can one girl own?!

Lindsay was spotted sporting her same old look in Capri today for the 12th Annual Capri Hollywood International Film Festival.

Love muffins… let’s take a vote. All in favor of Lindsay adopting a new look and casting the black tights aside, say “Aye”!

Maternity Wear A No-No For Lily

Lily Allen has turned down a plethora of offers from UK fashion lines to design her own maternity-wear collections. Lily, who released her own clothing line in May, announced her pregnancy this month and since then has been approached by New Look and a number of other UK stores, all hoping the 22-year-old singer would be the face of their new maternity lines.

Speaking at the launch of the Harrods sale in London, Lily said “I’ve had quite a lot of offers from people to do my own maternity range - but I don’t think it’s the right message to send to young people.”

I quite agree, Lily. What do you think, love muffins, would having Lily be the face of a maternity line be a bad idea?
