   Paris and Kelis looked like they were posing for a magazine cover. Make-up and hair was on point! Ya’ll go! lol

   But looking at the rest of the photos, I guess 2007 was a good year for mugshots. Except for that astronaut lady everyone else is at least presentable. They must have learned from previous years. I’ll never forget ol’ James Brown’s mugshot. It was like they dragged him straight out of bed. He was still in his PJs, po thang! RIP Godfather.
