Brandy Is Cleared!

Brandy will not be facing charges for vehicular manslaughter! The L.A. City Attorney came to the decision to not file any charges. Today was their deadline. The accident happened about one year ago when Brandy’s car hit the car in front of her. The woman in the car, Awatef Aboudihaj, died. TMZ reported earlier that sources claim Awatef hit the car in front of her and that’s how she died. This is AMAZING news. I’m not going to lie when I first heard about Brandy allegedly killing someone my heart went out to her and her family! I’m so happy for her! This is a great day for all Brandy Fans across the country!!!

She stepped forward and took responsibility and it worked out for her. A lesson to all.

I am so glad Brandy’s been exonerated! Maybe now she can regain control of her professional career and return to the throne as our [black] Princess of Pop!

wow, b.scott i’m a huge fan of urs and a huge lamb too, so i have that in common with u i guess, but i am extremely disappointed by ur above statement… ur heart went out to brandy!! wtf! she’s not the one who’s 6 feet under, she’s not the one who’s arab american and who’s murder will be shoved under the carpet just cause brandy can afford way better lawyers! i’m disappointed in u B, DISAPPOINTED!

Although my heart does go out to the woman who was killed in this accident, it was also reported that she was the cause of the accident and not Brandy. Therefore, Brandy was also a victim. She was done in by the media before the police report was even complete.

I am so happy that this issue is resolved. It was an accident people! I have read many nasty comments from people online at different sites about Brandy and people who have negative things to say need to get a life! The woman who is deceased caused the accident, and of course the media didn’t want to publicize that because they wanted her to be guilty.

B took responsibility for her actions, but if she was found innocent get over it! It’s not because she has money, because we see that Micheal Vick and many black celebs do not get off as easy as other celebs. Paris - slap on the wrist, Lindsay Lohan, slap on the wrist, Britney - slap on the wrist- Nicole Richie - slap on the wrist…and I’m sure that Mischa Barton will get off easy too with her DUI and guess what?! THey found that she smoked pot earlier that day and had had pot and presribed pills in her car…That is celebs being irresponsible.

Brandy took responsibility for her actions, and was willing to face the consequences. She was barely seen for a year, and had friends/family drive her around. She hasn’t been behind the wheel of a vehicle whenever you see RECENT pics of her. I am escstatic that she is not facing charges and I love B-Rocka! Keep your head up mami! Let’s see what happens with the civil cases - and her family is money hungry! There are four civil cases against Brandy by her parents, husband, and two other family members and it was recently combined into one big civil suit. Why do the family need four lawsuits? The prosecution probably knew all along that Brandy was not at fault but was prolonging the case. If the City Attorney had solid evidence - B would have been in jail a long time ago! I am glad that she has won this battle, but let’s see what happens during the civil suit!

Thank God, I knew justice would prevail. I have been a fan of brandy since I was 14 and I couldn’t believe something so horrifying could happen to such a good person. It’s amazing that you have the likes of Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Mischa Barton and Britney Spears driving around all the time drunk, cracked out, and leaving crimes scenes and yet they’ve never paid for any of it and then you see someone like Brandy who was a teen star and never once got blasted for bad behavior and has always done right by her fans go thru something like this. I just wish those people would drop the wrongful death suits as well because I don’t feel that it applies to this case. They’re hurting right now and are hitting up Brandy just because she’s money, in any other case it wouldn’t happen. Trust me. I watch a lot of news and that is true.

Anyhooo, I was once involved in an accident that killed someone. No one can imagine the pain someone goes thru merely THINKING that it was their fault. So, I’m glad for Brandy that she was not found responsible; she can find peace. God bless both families and their hearts and may the victim’s soul rest in peace.

She went through all of that stress for nothing. She should sue. She looks kinds bad now.
