I think when you want to be down you have to show them much more than you tell them. So tell them through your actions. Show them your down for them!

Back on topic: How do I tell someone I wanna be down? Well, if he isnt getting the hint from my actions, then I try to build up the courage to actually say it. If I chicken out, then I miss out (I’ve had my face cracked too many times to be all gung ho about telling someone I like them).
