The Opening Of Dirty Laundry!
December 5, 2007
Our good friends behind “Dirty Laundry” gave us a little scoop on the movie that we wanted to share. Starring Rockmond Dunbar, Loretta Devine, Terri Vaughn, Sommore and our girl Jenifer Lewis, “Dirty Laundry” opens in New York and LA this coming Friday. Rockmond plays a gay man a flourishing career who finds things coming to a standstill when a 10 year old boy shows up at his front door, claiming to be his son. It’s directed by Maurice Jamal, last year’s winner of the American Black Film Festival, who also plays a pivotal role in the film. His next project will be the film adaptation of James Earl Hardy’s “B-Boy Blues”. Check out a few clips from “Dirty Laundry” HERE.

Are you serious? He’s going to do B-Boy Blues! That series of books was something serious. I loved them. B-Boy Blues had me buggin out! But a great book.
Hope this film does well. I love Rockmond Dunbar. He’s so cute and wholesome looking.
