Obviously Carmen with the peep toe pumps and the color that just makes her eyes pop. Although I could’ve done without the necklace, but thats just my opinion.

I’m torn. Paris is a definite no for this one… I think Star wore it best, but needed Carmen’s shoes… just as Carmen needed to take off that particular necklace and maybe of diff hairstyle… Star wins, but only by a slim margin.
