Two Years Probation For Brit-Brit!

She’s been speeding through red lights with her boys in the car, running over photographer’s feet and swerving in to cars in parking lots. And all the while, without a valid California driver’s license. Now Miss Spears may face two years probation if a California attorney gets his way, which would mean no more accidents for Brit-Brit or she’d face time in the slammer!
According to the NY Post, Brit’s attorney Michael J. Flanagan said he’s going to try to get the charges dropped.
“She is being singled out because of who she is, just like Paris Hilton was,” Flanagan said. “My client has obtained a valid license and she shouldn’t be placed on probation. In California, once someone obtains a valid license, the charges are usually reduced or completely dismissed.”
Well we’ll see how it goes. The case will be brought before a judge in Van Nuys today. Does Brit deserve two years probation, or should the charges be dropped? Thoughts?

i don’t think she’s being singled out… she unfortunately has the press and papparazzi on her at every minute, recording every detail– and brit has been doing EVERYTHING that we’ve seen. If she’d just clean up her act, this is yet ANOTHER thing she would not have to worry about. Maybe if she voluntarily took a driving course? If she’d just do some spin doctor type of things to get judges on her side, she’d be in such a better place.
