i’m not hating..i’m just having an honest and open conversation with you. overall…i thought the performances were kind of boring and plain. rhianna can not sing. it was as if they put more performances on the show to spice it up. any why did beyonce have a special appearance? her performance with sugarland was a hot mess. the only performance that caught my attention and barely was big toothed chris brown. other than that….everybody should have stayed their butts home and had a black out. and they postponed desperate housewives for this mess.

I was totally in love with the version of “Irrereplaceable” by Sugarland on last night’s American Music Awards. Until the hardest working woman in the world came on to the stage to snatch her song back! She needs to take a rest, or at least let the vibratto take a vacation.

Chris Brown, Alicia Keys and Sugerland feat. Beyonce were my hilights. I love Nicole from the PCD’s but I don’t think she looked her best and her voice was cracking like a wafer towards the end of the performance. Guess she was attempting to show Beyonce out. Mission failed.

b is my girl and i know she wanna be a icon and all but she didnt have to take it there! matthew is tryin to get her in every possible genre trying to get as many possible fans. i get the hustle but there only sooo much i can take and that last night was the limit. im not trying to limit fish but she is not a country star leave that to kelly pickler and the other girl….theres nothing wrong with trying something new but come on b! but on a good note she was bodied out!!!(sexy fine beat) i loved the jacket and the earrings ….. and i like the international award she got… no matter what nobody say about her she is the HARDEST WORKING WOMAN in the game!!!keep up the work b!

Nicole sounded horrible. She looked afraid and was crackin’ all ova da place.. Warm-up next time ok? Sugerland was good but I don’t think there was a need for Beyonce.. We love u B, but just let them cover your song.. rest for a minute dang.. I liked Rhianna and Neyo’s performance.. Rhianna’s voice ‘is what it is’ but she did pretty good. Chris B. performed really well.. Oh and I also liked Queen Latifah’s performance! Who knew she had a voice like that? Can’t go wrong with Mary J. Blige.. She was havin’ fun up there! GO MARY!!! Oh yeah.. did yall see that boy fall on stage?!?!! That sh!t was funny as hell!! Try to walk on broken glass, you gone break yo ass!! LMAO!!

Ohh my Gosh… can u believe that!!! Alicia Key’s was awesome I am so glad that she is back!!! Girl got off and she even danced Chris Brown was awesome I wished he could’ve done more.. Rhianna and Ne-Yo I loved the Orchestra and her voice fits her she does not over do it at all you go gorl and.. Last but not least The WORST country performance 1st off why does she get a soecial appearance? who is she and that version of that song was not good at all I guess since jamie was on the CMA’s I guess Beyonce had to Copy and put in her 2 cents. Matthew know he need to let her rest and International Artist maybe kanye if anything but I ll give it to her she can do a live sho. Who could have guessed that “No One” could be mixed with Reggae and go over well.
Alicia and the dancers rocked the pistols; the butterfly was missing though (I seem like they wanted to start doing it though).

i do like beyonce , but i am tired of her look ….. she looks like a wannabe indian transvestite from texas .. She has got to change the look , that hair i can’t take it ..

As a fan, how can I be excited to see the same song open the AMA’s for 2 years in a row, no matter who sings it? It’s a testimant to the decline of the show as a whole and to, as people coin her, “the hardest working woman in the world.” That simple is BS. B is a great performer and there were infinitely many great (and DIFFERENT) THINGS/SONGS she could have done. It’s wack and I. am. officially. THROUGH!

How did Bee get that award with only 2 solo albums?!?!? Please don’t jump down my throat, but Michael Jackson, Led Zepplin and Prince all got that award and she’s supposedly the first female and they give it to her! Are you freaking kidding me?!?!?!?!?! For 2 albums?!?!?!?!?
Chris Brown needs to pre-record his tracks like Beyonce or leave the dancing to his dancers. I remember when people use to at least pretend they were lipsynching.
I hate No One, but liked the performance. I like someone else mentioned think Keys is overrated. I think subpar music has been pushed down our throats so much these past years that someone with ok lyrics is considered a legend. Her melodies are beautiful and yes she can play that piano, but her lyrics are so elementary. My niece can do better.
