Lindsay Lohan All Out Breath…

Lindsay Lohan was spotted out and about with a box of Ariva, which are mint flavored lozenges the size of tic-tacs that contain tobacco and nicotine. Li-Lo has turned to Ariva due to her constantly losing her breath on set of her upcoming tango-themed movie, Dare To Love me.

Lindsay’s been a smoker for several years, but she really started puffing heavily when she was going through rehab. And now, she gets out of breath during her tango sessions, and instructors are telling her it’s because of all the smoking.

Well, I don’t smoke but I do know people who do and they say smoking is one of the hardest addictions to beat especially when recovering from other addictions.

   I am a smoker and it has been one of the hardest addiction to beat! One moment your saying to your family and friends you quit and the next moment your saying “I like smoking”. It is the worst habit to have, it smells bad and it gets in your clothes. And it makes your pores larger and dirty. Nasty habit-any suggestion on how to quit would be helpful especially to those who like to smoke. It really is bad for your health.
