Britney Spears Denied Custody!

In a order issued today, Commissioner Scott Gordon has denied Brit-Brit custody of her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. The merciful commissioner did at least grant her three visits per week, two from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM and one overnight visit, all visits will be monitored.

The parenting coach really rang the alarm on Britney and it sounds like she deserved it! Here are some of the written highlights:

In the order, the Commish wrote that when Britney has the kids, “the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all.” The Commish also recounts what the parenting coach complained of — that “during all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play.”

The coached also wrote:

“It seems that [Britney's] choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children.”The coach also said Spears seemed to have a “lack of general attention at times” but there was nothing she “would characterize as abusive in a traditional sense.”

But the most disturbing comment the parenting coach unleashed was:

“The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful.”

All I have to say is that I respect and agree with the court’s decision. When you make your bed hard you have to lay in it! And can you believe she still hasn’t childproofed her pool area and had to be ordered to do so by Friday!

i really feel for her. a mother that wants her kids should never lose them. i stand by my original claim, K-fed is only doing this to continue to collect money from britney….as long as he has primary custody he is going to get a paycheck from britney. girl should just keep it moving and go with the flow of life. this is going to take a minute before they ever give her full custody. she might as well get the partying out of her system. remember she worked most of her teenage years and early twenties too! it is sad!

I think that is Britney’s main problem…too many people feel sorry for her. She is a grown women who needs to get herself together and put her MAIN

feel for her? um i think you guys are crazy.. seriously. This is a woman who thought she was old enough to have children, obviously she can’t handle it and severely needs counsiling.. to have children around someone so destructive is not helpful, and people who feel sorry for her. .are sad themselves, to allow britney to treat her kids in such matters. It’s crazy, she could hire a fit sitter if she didn’t want to lug them around..

she does not abuse those kids. This guy is trying to take her for everything . the problem with britney is her defiant actions , look like and support the what the tabs are saying . Any way u should check out ostaro.com , he is a hindu astrologist . check under sag basically everything he states from an astrological point of view seems to be true .
i feel what the tabs are saying is not true .

K-Fed is going for broke. Karma is a mother though. Remember Britney took Kevin away from Shar when she was pregnant. Brit was having a lot of fun until real life hit home with the kids and broke down baby daddy. Maybe she is getting all of that negative energy she invited into her life from the word go with K-Fed. You have to watch who you let enter your threshold, sometimes they come with all kinds of baggage. I don’t pity Britney but I feel for her. Gurl is going through some ish and spending money to hold it together. Her legal problems are very public and the battle to retain custody is not cheap. It is very easy to talk trash about someone when your sitting back watching someone else life, what if you had someone watching your every move? How would you feel? I am not certain if everything we read in tabliod trash is real….Britney is going through it that’s all I am saying…gurl needs a prayer about now!
