Patrick Dempsey & His Splendiferous Twins!

Patrick Dempsey debuts his twin sons Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen, born Feb. 1, in this upcoming issue of People Magazine. Playing Dr. Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd on Grey’s Anatomy apparently came in handy.

“I was watching everything that was going on (with the doctors), and you see a lot of that in the show,” says Dempsey, who helped cut the cords – both of them!

I really hope his family is as picture perfect as they appear! Patrick, seeing you with your beautiful children truly makes you a D.I.L.F.! (Daddy I’d Like to F@#K!)
