Mr. Blackwell’s Worst Dressed List.

Paris Hilton and her new pal Britney Spears share the top spot on Mr. Blackwell’s 47th “Worst Dressed” list. The list is drawn up each year by retired crusty designer Richard Blackwell who picks out at least 10 celebrities and trashes them for their hideous fashion. I ABSFUCKINGLUTELY agree with the old bastard!

1. Paris Hilton and Britney Spears
Spears, right, hit the clubs in full force after filing for divorce from Kevin Federline. She was often seen with Hilton, another paparazzi favorite. Blackwell dubbed them the “Screamgirls.” He also said they were “style-free,” “fashion-deprived” and “two peas in an overexposed pod.”

2. Camilla Parker-Bowles
Prince Charles’ wife received some scathing criticism from Blackwell: “The Duchess of Dowdy strikes again. In feathered hats that were once the rage, she resembles a petrified parakeet from the Jurassic age. A royal wreck.”

3. Lindsay Lohan
The actress went from “adorable to deplorable,” according to Blackwell. She’s “tragically trapped in fashion’s fast lane.”

4. Christina Aguilera
Blackwell gave Aguilera some respect, calling her a “dazzling singer,” but then he trashed her wardrobe as “all crass, no class.”

5. Mariah Carey
From “Mariah the fashion pariah” to “the queen of catastrophic kitsch,” Blackwell didn’t have many kind words for the Grammy Award winner.

6. Paula Abdul
The “American Idol” judge didn’t earn high marks from Blackwell, who called her a “fallen fashion idol.”

7. Sharon Stone
It wasn’t a great year for Stone. First, “Basic Instinct 2” bombed. Then she was labeled “an over-the-hill Cruella DeVille” by Blackwell.

8. Tori Spelling
Spelling looks “down and out in Beverly Hills,” Blackwell wrote. In addition to releasing his worst-dressed list, Blackwell also released a top 10 list of “fabulous fashion independents” that includes actress Angelina Jolie, singer Beyonce Knowles and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

9. Sandra Oh
Too many beads and bangles got this “Grey’s Anatomy” star on the list. “She’s layered lunacy from head to toe,” Blackwell said.

10. Meryl Streep
Streep starred in the fashion-themed movie, “The Devil Wears Prada,” but Prada wasn’t enough to save the actress from Blackwell’s criticism: “From Streep you could weep. Her beauty of a career cannot be denied, but that beast of a wardrobe is pure mother of the bride.”

I know B.Scott loves Mariah…but Mariah should be ashamed. She’s got her t-shirt and her panties on at a Disney “Make A Wish” Event! I refuse to call that dress….
